2. Decide on a price: Deciding on the right price will make all the difference in how quickly you are able to sell your home. You want to be careful not to price your home too high or too low.
3. Repair and Stage: Before you actually list your home for sale you will want to complete any major repairs and stage your home with appropriately sized furniture to make it look as appealing as possible.
4. Photos: Having professional photos taken of your home is the first step in making sure you receive top dollar. Everyone on the hunt for the perfect home is searching online photos so it is important that yours stand out.
5. List Your Home: Once you have finalized a list price and completed all repairs it is time to list with your beautiful photos!
6. Online and Network Marketing: Once you have listed it is our job as your agent to market your home both online and to our professional in-person network of individuals.
7. Review and Accept Offers: Once you have received an offer or two (or more!) it is time to review all offers and to make some decisions.
