Children up to age 10 can enter one or all four drawings. Please write the child’s name & age on the back as well as an email address or phone number of a parent. Entries must be physically turned in to our office no later than October 23rd. Winners will be contacted and announced the following week. Our office address is 766 New Los Angeles Ave, Suite D2 in Moorpark. Thank you and have fun!
