Welcome to Castaic, California, a unique community located in the most Northern part of the Santa Clarita Valley. It is the last city on the 5 freeway heading North before the “Grapevine”. Castaic is best known for Castaic Lake which is part of the California Water Project. The Castaic Lake Recreation Area is a state park unit of California that offers many fun activities like boating, fishing, camping, swimming and hiking. There are many homes with stunning views of the lake. Hasley Canyon offers country living on large properties, many of which are equestrian estates.Hasley Hills is another popular neighborhood with lovely homes. A new high school was built in Castaic in 2019. Castaic is a wonderful community to live in. I’d love to show you around.
