Living Smart: The living smart homes are one of the most affordable, single-family homes in the Moorpark Highlands. These homes offer ample square footage with nice sized backyards. These are perfect for young families as there are plenty of neighborhood kids and is a fun neighborhood during the holidays. These homes are also on the newer side as most were built in 2014.
